I hope they plan to re-run the event tommorow because this is down right silly now.

Ok, tx for the heads up. Are there any plans in the making for players who will not receive the hats today? Partcipated in 3 finales and I prolly can't join any more today.

Now getting a 050 error after the new update...just minutes ago.
So I can't even log into the game.

I already gave up on the hats since ANET really messed it up.

At least letme do today's ZB which is Destruction depths, but sigh...FAIL AGAIN!!!!!

It seems to be related to being in kamadan, I have 3 accounts in lions arch that logged on fine, the one that's in kamadan is getting a error 050

my first character gave me an error 050 on attempting to log in. Once it kicked me back to the char select screen I tried another character and was able to log right in, so give it another try.

As you've noticed, we pushed an update to correct the bug. We're very sorry again for the inconvenience, disappointment, and frustration this bug caused. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience.

Regarding the request that we re-run the event: the Live Team will discuss this when everyone is back in the office on Monday.

I am also getting the error 050 after the new build. Hopefully it is just a lot of people logging in at one time.

I tried for the grenth hat in both LA and Kamaden at 9am and didn't receive a hat in either town.

I would rather see you just unlock the hats at the festival hat npc.

Simply re-running the event will result in lots of people complaining that they can't be at the second one for one reason or another.

Not doing anything at all will result in a lot of people who were afk and could not download the new build complaining.

Making hats available as a trade (or for zoins) will result in people complaining that they are "paying" for something that should be free.

The best solution by far would just be to call this festival a wash and make these two hat permanently available at the hat npc for everyone.

Kamaden Dist 10 for the 3, 6, and 9 events (all times PST), presents but no hat. Had another account in LA Dist 55 for at least the 3 and 6 (went to bed, but that instance had shut down by the time I woke up, presents for both), and no hat there either. Have two more accounts running at home that I assume are not going to have hats.

I am traveling today, and will probably miss at least 12, and possibly the 3. Not a lot of chances to get in on this. Are we going to get a fix, or are they going to have to hack this? Haven't seen the notice of a new build.
